'I Am Because We Are'
A South African principle that includes the essential human virtues of compassion and humanity. In practice, Ubuntu means believing the common bonds within a group are more important than any individual arguments and divisions within it. Ubuntu promotes restorative justice and a community-centric ethos. We are all connected and we can only grow and progress through the growth and progression of others.
AFROCENTRISM
All programs are developed through a trauma-informed, Afrocentric, perspective and ethnic-specific lens.

Inclusive support services that recognize fundamental Human Rights with respect to all exceptionalities, disabilities and complex needs with acceptance without biases.

Culturally safe resources that support individuals by drawing strength from their own identity and community.

Advocating for economic opportunities and encouraging artistic growth and self development through skills training. Collaboration between RAF Alliance, and outside partnerships to create, professional and personal advancement.
